Biloxi, Mississippi where all dramas should have taken place

I've been reading John Grisham's novels, and I learned that many of his stories take place in Biloxi, Mississippi. Since he spent a fair amount of time in Mississippi and he still has a house there, it's quite reasonable that he writes a lot about Mississippi and key locations in Mississippi like Biloxi. One of his novels, Runaway Jury became a movie a couple of years ago and the movie's story takes place in New Orleans, though the novel sets its stage in Biloxi, Mississippi. I suppose that the movie studio felt that New Orleans looks and sounds sexier and more attractive to the audience.

Both Biloxi and New Orleans got hit hard by Hurricane Katrina this year; people outside of the area are slowing forgetting about Hurricane Katrina, but you see and hear news coverage from now and then. However, you typically hear about New Orleans only; you don't hear about Biloxi, Mississippi.

Reading John Grisham's novels is a great fun, but reading about Biloxi, Mississippi in his novel makes me a bit sad. While many of John Grisham's novels were adapted to movies, none took place in Biloxi, Mississippi. All drama should have take place there, but it never happened. Hurricane Katrina destroyed Biloxi, and most people are forgetting about Biloxi now. Most people will barely remember about Biloxi a year from now.
